Brief
The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) government required the development and delivery of a local industry participation strategy for its $2 billion light rail project.
We were asked to help the project team meet legislative requirements and regional objectives.

Through an industry participation strategy, we focused on the creation of jobs, apprenticeships, workforce diversity and local business opportunities.
Outcomes
The delivery program resulted in the provision of the first civil, mechanical and electrical engineering degrees in the ACT, supported by government and principal contractors.
